Role Overview
We are hiring Engineering Trainees to join our engineering teams and work on real
production systems under defined supervision and structured processes. This role is
designed for individuals who want a serious start in DevOps engineering and are
comfortable working with responsibility from an early stage.
This is not an internship or learning-only role.
Key Responsibilities
As an Engineering Trainee, you will be expected to:
● Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
● Support deployment and monitoring of applications
● Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for basic operations
● Collaborate with development and QA teams for smooth releases
● Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues
● Maintain documentation for processes and workflows
Required Skills:
● Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and SDLC
● Knowledge of tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker (preferred)
● Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands
● Basic scripting knowledge (Shell/Python)
● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility
● Engineering / Computer Science graduate or equivalent
● Trained fresher or up to 1 year of experience
● Strong fundamentals in programming and software development concepts
● Familiarity with Git or version control is preferred
